Paper Based Microfluidics For Food Safety | Callgirlsgurgaon.com
To meet the severe food legislation and consumer demands, food analysis requires speedy, accurate, sensitive, and cost-effective ways to monitor and ensure the safety and quality. A versatile paper-based microfluidic aptasensor with nanomaterials was created as a sensing instrument for accurate detection of food allergies and poisons in this work. The fluorescence quenching and recovery of the QDs generated by the interaction between GO, aptamer-functionalized QDs, and the target protein were examined to quantitatively measure the target concentration using graphene oxide (GO) and specific aptamer-functionalized quantum dots (QDs) as probes. The homogeneous assay was carried out on a paper-based microfluidic device, which lowered sample and reagent use while also shortening the assay time. The aptasensor effectively assessed egg white lysozyme, ß-conglutin lupine and food toxins, okadaic acid and brevetoxin standard solutions, and spiked food samples. When evaluating the samples with c...
